Deposit, Return and refund Policy

Deposit for Commission Pieces

Client must put down a 50% non refundable deposit once size, colors and embellishments have been agreed upon. The remaining 50% is due once client is happy with their piece.

ALL items are non refundable with the exception of

Terms of return (i.e. number of days)
State of return (e.g. unworn)
Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
Process for return (i.e. how to initiate a return, how to contact customer service)
Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details)
